The 4 Questions for Your Business Model

Content – What are you offering?  How do you package your product?  Coaching, subscription, e-book, creating high value information products and package them up, etc.

Customers – What do you do to attract customers? Where are they coming from? Clickthroughs.

Conversion  - What do  you do to get your customers to take action?  To sign up, pay you money.

Management – How you use your time to make money? Create a reward system for yourself. You hit a goal, reward yourself. And start small, make it easy on yourself. Train yourself to hit goals.
