Tweetbots.com is a great Twitter tool that will allow you to enhance your Twitter experience. It will allow you to post to multiple Twitter accounts, tweet your RSS feed, and even automatically follow your followers. Twitter has yet to implement the auto follow function, so by adding this setting, you don’t have to worry about going on and following someone every time you get a follower.
